Enter your email and the recovery code you were given when the account was created, and choose a new password.
Lost the code too? Staff should ask their salon owner, who can reset it from the Employees screen. A salon owner should contact Operyx — we can issue a new code for you. Capital letters, small letters and the dashes don't matter.
